House — Haney

Miss Anna Kristin House of Nashville and Alan Douglas Haney of Pulaski will be married March 12 at Scarritt Bennett Center, Wightman Chapel, in Nashville.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Michael House of Nashville and the granddaughter of Mrs. Mattie Lee Massey of Nashville, the late Bobby Gene Massey, and Mr. and Mrs. Aubrey Lee House of Bradenton, Fla.

She is a graduate of Martin Luther King Jr. Academic Magnet High School in Nashville and the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She is completing her master’s degree in early childhood education at UTK.

The groom-to-be is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Charles Douglas Haney of Pulaski and the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. L.E. Bailey and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Holland Haney Jr., all of Pulaski.

He is a graduate of Giles County High School and the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. He plans to graduate from the University of Tennessee Memphis Medical School in May.

Shelton — Harwell

Ms. Linda Gail Shelton and Ralph Thomas Harwell will be married March 20 at Wales Baptist Church.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Julius and Sarah Reynolds of Giles County. She is the granddaughter of the late John and Christine Kimbrough and the late Newt and Lorene Reynolds.

She is a graduate of Giles County High School and is self-employed.

The groom-to-be is the son of Bonnie Appleton of Ardmore, Ala., and the late James T. Harwell. He is the grandson of the late James and Susie Harwell and the late Ralph and Tennie Waring.

He is a graduate of Giles County High School and is employed with Quick Mart Convenience Store.
